Annandale Manor - a 6 1/2 acre property, is
situated on highway 57 3km from the township of Levin. The orchard on 4
½ acres consists of 800 feijoa trees planted in the mid 80's with 1 ½
acres of meandering gardens, alfresco dining and aviary.
History
The two storey colonial manor was built in 1917. It was architecturally
designed by Frederick de Jersey Clere known mainly for his church
designs and primarily renowned for St Marys of the Angels church in
Wellington 1922.
